Awards and Recognition

We are pleased to announce that Lauren Heckelman recently received a travel award designed to support graduate students who present tissue regeneration-related research at relevant scientific meetings. Lauren attended the Orthopaedic Research Society conference in San Diego, CA on March 19-22 and presented two projects: “In Vivo Behavior of Patellar Cartilage in Response to and Twenty-Four Hours following Running” and “In Vivo Exercise-Induced Glenohumeral Cartilage Strains.”
