Same-day and next-day access: If you need orthopaedic care fast due to pain or injury, we offer same-day/next-day access to appointments. In many cases, an orthopaedic provider may see you the same day you call for an appointment at 800-851-5811 or 919-613-7797.

Orthopaedic urgent care. If you need immediate care for an injury, Duke Orthopaedics Urgent Care offers orthopaedic-specific care at Duke Health Arringdon seven days a week. You’ll receive specialized care for your acute orthopaedic injury, and it allows you to avoid the long waits and potential exposure to illness that can happen at primary urgent care.
- Advanced medical records technology. Our secure online portal, Duke MyChart, allows you to view test results, make appointments, request prescription refills, and message your doctor using any Web-enabled device. Our technology also allows anyone on your care team to securely access your health information, ensuring you always get the care right for you and based on the latest evidence.
