The John A. Feagin Jr., MD Leadership Program has been created to honor Dr. Feagin’s dedication to developing ethical leaders of character.
The Feagin Leadership Program provides select students, residents, and fellows with a year-long leadership development experience.
The program includes didactic sessions, individual coaching, and a team project. It concludes with the annual Feagin Leadership Forum held each May, during which time we bring in guest speakers to discuss leadership challenges across many domains.
Students and house staff can apply for the Feagin Leadership Program in the late spring. For additional information on this program, contact Executive Director Joe Doty at firstname.lastname@example.org or 919-684-0512.
Our next Leadership Forum is May 20 and 21, 2016. The forum is by invitation only. Please contact Cindy Crabtree (email@example.com) or Joe Doty if you would like to receive an invitation.
The Feagin Leadership Program is funded entirely through grants, corporate sponsors, non-profit organizations and individual donors. Your investment is very important to the future of our program.
If you would like to donate, please call the Duke Medicine Development Office at 919-385-3156 or donate online.
