Celebrating Administrative Professionals Day

Today marks Administrative Professionals Day, a day first proclaimed by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Charles Sawyer in 1952 to recognize the invaluable contributions of administrative assistants and other administrative support professionals.

Our administrative professionals play a crucial role in our department, consistently delivering exceptional support essential to our success. They are often the first point of contact for patients, students, potential employees, and others, and they excel at making everyone feel at ease despite the anxiety or uncertainty they may face when first reaching out to us.

On this special day, let's come together to express our deep appreciation for the outstanding work of our administrative professionals. Their dedication and diligence propel our Department of Orthopaedic Surgery to new heights.

Without their hard work and commitment, we would not achieve what we do each day. Our administrative professionals work tirelessly to ensure every aspect of our department functions seamlessly, and we are immensely grateful for their efforts.

To our administrative professionals: you are the backbone of our department, and your contributions are instrumental in our success, not just today but every day. Thank you for your unwavering dedication and exceptional service. We truly appreciate you!

With sincere gratitude,
Ben and Dara
