Adam Goode, PT, DPT, PhD

Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery, Division of Physical Therapy

Dr. Goode is an epidemiologist and physical therapist with a focus in musculoskeletal epidemiology and health services research. His focus is on understanding the etiology of low back pain and other chronic musculoskeletal conditions and improving the delivery of care for patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

His clinical interest is in the treatment of low back and cervical spine pain. His research interests are in lumbar spine degenerative changes, low back pain, surgical outcomes, and health services for cervical spine fusion.

In 2019, Dr. Goode was selected by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) for the 2019 Eugene Michels New Investigator Award.
