Who We Are

The Duke Orthopaedic Trauma is a regional leader in both acute fracture care and complex limb reconstruction. As a high-volume center for limb preservation, we specialize in managing challenging “problem fractures,” including nonunions, malunions, infections, bone loss, and post-traumatic deformities. Our expert surgeons combine advanced surgical techniques with coordinated, multidisciplinary care to help patients regain mobility and restore function.
