Kristina Eilbacher Named Administrative Director of Duke Spine

Kristina Eilbacher, PA-C, MBA, MHS, AT, has been appointed administrative director of Duke Spine, effective Sept. 1. In the role, she will provide leadership and operational oversight for the Spine and Physiatry divisions and the Chiropractic section within Duke Spine, supporting clinical operations, financial stewardship, faculty affairs, educational programs and strategic growth initiatives. Eilbacher brings extensive leadership experience from across Duke Health, including service as director of Children's Services at Duke University Hospital and as a neurosurgery physician assistant since 2014. She also has served as an instructor in the Duke Physician Assistant Program since 2018.
