It's almost game time, Duke Ortho!
Thank you for registering to attend the 'Welcome to the Academic Year' event. Your registration includes a seat to enjoy the game, a catered meal, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages (soft drinks and water), access to the designated party deck spaces, and one parking pass.
We recommend reviewing your ticket(s) before gameday to help you reach your designated seats and matching food station. Please note that the Front Porch 1 & 2 sections are uncovered, so prepare for the weather elements that evening. All guests with outfield seating will receive a special Duke Ortho gift from our volunteer crew.
Durham Bulls Game Highlights for Aug. 4:
- Sunday Funday with Kids Run The Bases – Kids aged 12 and under can run the same bases as the Bulls players after every Sunday home game.
- Princesses & Pirates Night: Their popular Princesses & Pirates Night returns to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park (DBAP).
We cannot wait to enjoy time together with you and your guests! The game starts at 5:05 PM.

I. Registration Packet Materials
Your registration packet contains printed entrance ticket(s) and one parking pass. If you have not picked up or received your packet, please contact Jennifer Curtin.
Duke Ortho volunteers and DBAP staff will be set up outside the main entrance and at the stadium's party deck areas from 4:00 to 8:00 PM to answer your game-day questions.
Using your tickets, please proceed to the stadium. You do not need to check in at our Duke Sports Medicine tent at the front gate. We will be there to answer questions.
Additional tickets for game entry may be purchased at the staff member's expense. If you buy extra tickets on game day, please note that the additional party members cannot access the catering tents. However, many food and beverage options are available for purchase around DBAP.
II. Catered Menu
Ticketed guests are welcome to enjoy a hot food buffet in the areas designated for Duke Orthopaedics (the party decks or concourse above the 'Front Porch' sections). You will present your entry ticket to the DBAP staff to enter the food stations. They will put an armband on you and your guests to help you move through the food and beverage stations. The food will be served from 4:30 to 6:30 PM.
Menu items: Sahlen's hot dogs; NC-style BBQ; BBQ pulled chicken; grilled hamburgers; macaroni and cheese; cornbread; vegetarian baked beans; coleslaw; potato chips; banana pudding; vegan burgers; veggie dogs; gluten-friendly hot dog buns; and brownies.
Beverages: water and Pepsi products (Note: water will be served throughout the entire game)

IV. Game Day Parking
The following parking decks are reserved for Duke Orthopaedics (highlighted in blue, red, and yellow): South, East, and North.
**Note: we cannot replace 'lost or forgotten' parking passes on game day. Please keep track of your registration packet materials.
V: Game Day Information
BAGS: Bags or containers larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are not permitted inside Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Bags within the allowed size do not need to be clear bags. However, all bags are subject to search before entry into the ballpark. Diaper and medical bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted.
CASH: Durham Bulls Athletic Park is a cashless facility that encourages decreasing transaction times, creating faster-moving lines, and improving overall guest satisfaction. Only major credit and debit cards and pre-loaded tickets are accepted at DBAP points of sale, including the Ballpark Corner Store and all food and beverage locations.
RESTROOMS: There are restrooms in marked locations throughout the DBAP concourse.
