
Dr. Alex M. Meyer, PGY3 Orthopaedic Surgery Resident
A recent study led by Alex M. Meyer, MD, a third-year orthopaedic surgery resident at Duke University, highlights the effectiveness of augmented reality simulation in teaching arthroscopy to orthopaedic interns.
The research, presented at the Arthroscopy Association of North America Annual Meeting, found that interns showed significant improvements in performance metrics and self-confidence after completing the simulation-based training.
