Duke Orthopaedics has launched a new 13-month Athletic Training Orthopaedic Residency Program, designed to provide advanced education and training in orthopaedic athletic care.
Beginning each July, this post-professional program blends didactic learning with hands-on clinical experience. It offers residents a comprehensive curriculum across multiple orthopaedic subspecialties.
Through rotations in sports medicine, hand and upper extremities, spine, and more, residents will hone their skills in radiological interpretation, wound care, and minor procedures. By the end of the program, residents will be equipped with the expertise to deliver exceptional care and thrive in various healthcare settings.
