Where did you attend college/university?
Syracuse University (undergraduate)

West Virginia University (graduate school)

Where did you attend medical school?
Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth

What were you looking for in a residency program?
I was looking for a world-class training environment with a focus on resident development in all areas of clinical orthopaedics, education, and research. During the match process, the storied collegiality of Duke Orthopaedics was palpable, and I was confident I would be held to the highest standards throughout my training. After feeling at home in Durham on my visit, I knew Duke was the best opportunity for my professional and personal development.

What are your research and clinical interests at this time?
My current interests are broad, and I look forward to exploring the vast opportunities at Duke.

Where did you choose to live and why?
I chose to rent a townhouse in North Durham to have a bit more space while still being close to the hospital and downtown.

What do you like to do outside of medicine?
I love to stay active, and I am a sucker for most outdoor activities. I am especially looking forward to more water sport adventures, golfing, and Durham Bulls games!
