Zoe X. Dailiana, MD, orthopaedic hand surgeon and professor, hosted the 79th Congress of the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology as their newly elected President. She is the first female president of the Society and a Duke Fellows alumna.
The conference provided the opportunity to participate in a wide-ranging scientific program in which both the Symposia of our Society's Departments and the Symposia of the European Scientific Societies EFORT Forum, EHS Forum, and ESSKA Forum, and the International Orthopedic Trauma Association with the International Orthopaedic Trauma Association (IOTA) Forum.
