David S. Ruch, MD, currently vice president of the American Association for Hand Surgery (AAHS), has been named president-elect of the AAHS.
He also just received the A. Lee Osterman Award for Excellence in Teaching in Hand Surgery, awarded annually to a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
