When Lynne Barrett’s initial ankle surgery left her in pain and unable to walk, she spent months seeking answers—without success. A referral to Duke Health led her to Dr. Cesar de Cesar Netto, whose expertise in complex foot and ankle conditions offered a new path forward. After a successful surgery to lengthen tendons and realign her ankle, Barrett is back on her feet and enjoying life again.
