Congratulations to Duke Orthopaedics faculty members Malcolm DeBaun, MD, and Tyler Pidgeon, MD on their successful graduation from the 2024 Duke Clinical Leadership Program (DCLP). The participants graduated on June 18.
DCLP was founded by the Chancellor for Health Affairs in 2010 to help expand leadership capacity within Duke Health. The program is run by the School of Medicine Office for Faculty with enthusiastic support from the health system and School of Medicine leadership. Program fellows participate in a six-month curriculum designed to deepen their awareness of healthcare operations and develop individual leadership skills.
