Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery
Tally Lassiter is an orthopedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and shoulders. Dr. Lassiter sees patients at Duke Raleigh Hospital and the Knightdale and Arrington Duke clinics. His research interests focus on shoulder issues, such as reverse shoulder arthroplasty in the outpatient setting, superior capsular reconstruction, treatment for irreparable rotator cuff tears, and improving outcomes in ACL surgery and hip arthroscopy. Dr. Lassiter's current projects include IDE studies for stemless reverse shoulder arthroplasty for LIMA and for Stryker. Dr. Lassiter is also involved in many shoulder-related studies with medical students and residents along with Drs. Anakwenze and Klifto.
