Neill Li, MD, Named to the 2024 LEADER Program Cohort

The School of Medicine Office for Faculty is pleased to announce the 2024 LEADER program participants.

Congratulations to Neill Li, MD, Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery.

The Leadership Development for Researchers (LEADER) Program is designed for junior faculty to lead a research group and drive their research agenda. The course provides insight into leadership, team building, and direction on developing and managing a scientific laboratory or research program, improving productivity, and harnessing creativity and innovation. The program was developed to bridge the gap between the scientific expertise that led individuals to a career in academic medicine and the management skills required to succeed as leaders of small business units.

Congratulations to the 2024 LEADER participants!
