With increased institutional attention towards ensuring inclusive and equitable search and selection processes, our Department of Orthopaedics Vice Chair of EDI, Erica Taylor, MD MBA, has been integral to advancing best practices within our organization and beyond. She is offering faculty, administrative leaders, staff, and residents an opportunity to participate in an educational session on the "Ins and Outs of Inclusive Search and Hiring Practices."
She will facilitate this session (including some pre- and post-work) for our department members interested in learning more about this topic and/or potentially serving as an advocate of equity and inclusion on our active search committees.
