Patient Reported Outcomes Collection

One of the overall goals of COORDS is to implement standardized patient-reported outcome (PRO) collection across the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery uses PROMIS measures to guide clinical care for patients and track their progress over time. COORDS also works with Divisions to standardize region-specific measures for clinical, quality and reporting purposes. We have developed tools to interface with PRO data and provide timely visualizations.

The COORDS PROMIS Dashboard is an interactive visual tool that allows users to view and interact with data.
Access the data through this link: https://tableau-ace.dhe.duke.edu/#/site/DART/projects/309

Notes on accessing the dashboard:

  • The Tableau dashboards are only accessible with multi-factor login and netID by approved users. If you do not have access and believe it is an error, please submit a Service Now ticket to request access.
  • Use “Full Screen” when viewing dashboards. Mobile or tablet views will distort the viewing of the data and elements.
  • Data is refreshed on the 1st of each month. Any updates or changes to underlying data will be reflected in the notes page of the dashboard.
